Role Mission


Reporting directly to the Head of e-Commerce EMEA and working closely to different stakeholders, she/he will have a strategic 360° focus on regional online Sales and Merchandising world.


Key Accountabilities

  • Manage the online commercial sales and merchandising strategy for Gucci.com and eTailers partnerships
  • Translate Gucci.com’s strategy into a custom approach towards local clients and key markets (consolidated and emerging ones)
  • Collaborate closely with eMarketing and Client Engagement leads to ensure a 360 approach towards local growth and development, alongside budgeting and forecasting processes for the Region
  • Define targets according to the seasonal financial plans and forecasts for each channel
  • Work closely with Global Digital Merchandising and EMEA Retail Merchandising teams to ensure a robust OTB and merchandising plan and replenishment aimed at maximizing the Region’s business potential across markets and consumer segments
  • Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis on merchandising and business performance, across categories, markets and channels
  • Act as a pivotal role for strategic initiatives towards omni-channel projects, business development and key cross-team projects, within the Region and Globally

Key Requirements

  • Successful studies in business management, majoring in business administration or marketing
  • At least 7/10 years of experience in similar context
  • Fluent in Italian and English
  • Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Analytical capabilities and numeric aptitude
  • A previous experience within Digital environment is a plus
  • Exceptional aesthetic and product understanding
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Highly committed to Gucci brand and strong passion for opportunity presented
  • Passionate about exceeding corporate goals and driving business
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast paced and growing environment
  • Commercial awareness and strong business acumen
  • Ability to understand current fashion market trends and buying psychological mindset
