We are currently seeking a Sales Key Account Italy (Maternity Leave) , who will report to the Sales Manager Italy as part of our HQ in Sesto Fiorentino (FI).

Your opportunity

You will be part of our Sales Team and you will be in charge of management and development of the commercial channel Ho.Re.Ca. in Italy. You will be responsible for achieving the growth of the commercial channel through the search of new customers, the management of the existing customer portfolio and the development and implementation of specific projects with prospects and partners. You will also ensure the best management of our commercial agents.

How you will contribute

  • Scouting of commercial agents
  • Train the network of commercial agents on products, sales ceremony and client’s management of Ginori 1735
  • Analyze the target market, identifying target customers
  • Maintain and expand the customer portfolio
  • Analyze the requests for new projects and/or customizations by prospects and partners and define the proper offers to the customer (technical elements of development, timing, pricing, etc.)
  • Prepare Commercial Proposals
  • Share with the Customer Service the information necessary for the correct creation of the order
  • Be constantly updated on the development process of the product, deliveries and any problems, speeding up the process where possible and intervening in case of need (e.g. extraordinary cases of delay in delivery, etc..)
  • Coordinate commercial follow-up to retain customers and update them on product offers (new collections, business opportunities, etc.)
  • Manage the strategic development of the Ho.Re.Ca Contract Italy Channel through supporting the definition of the annual price list and managing the Ho.Re.Ca’s budget

Who you are

  • A graduate in Economics or related fields
  • With passion and curiosity for the world of hospitality (hotellerie, restaurant and café)
  • A problem solver, able to prioritize workload
  • A collaborative individual able to build solid relationships with multiple and diverse stakeholders
  • A great team player, able to engage with teams and colleagues from different functions and levels of the company
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, ..)
  • Fluent in Italian and English both spoken and written. French knowledge is a plus
