For this strategic position we look for a dedicated, visionary while down to earth, dynamic person able to build and implement strategies while having a great team.

Customer Experience, Promotion & Events Manager (80%-100%)

Position Responsibilities:

  • Define, design and implement promotional annual plan (windows, roadshows, exhibitions, etc…) and event formats;

  • Define and create masterclasses to ensure best experiences for VIC (Very Important Client) and VVIC (Very Very Important Client);

  • Create content for the specific perimeter to provide visibility internally and externally;

  • Drive & Supervise and monitor events and promotional activities worldwide;

  • Prepare and manage annual budgets in achieving set objectives and goals;

  • Manage Trade Shows worldwide;

  • Design and manage production of all dedicated items for Boutique decoration, event decoration, VIC hospitality and corporate gifts;

  • Daily collaboration with agencies, suppliers, contractors, logistics and markets;

  • Subsidiaries & partners support for the given perimeter;

  • Creating tools, assets and items for the treatment of High Net Worth Individuals (HNWI) communications;

  • Sourcing and logistics direct management.

Degree, Experience and Key Competency requirements

  • Professional High School, Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree with proven prior experience (ideally must be above 5 years) in visual merchandising, trade marketing or events management.

  • Design/creative skills are essential, ability to sketch or computer design with understanding of technical drawings is an asset.

  • Software knowledge: Office, Indesign, Photoshop & Illustrator needed , Rhino will be considered a plus.

  • Motivated, detail and service oriented leader at ease in a luxury environment and able to organize and direct activities in a matrixial organization, at ease to influence equals or higher hierarchy.

  • Highly effective in managing priorities, proactive, flexible, agile and creative with a high sense of aesthetics.

  • Detail and service oriented, high degree of effectiveness.

  • Fluent in French and English, any additional language is a plus.
