Role Mission

The candidate, reporting directly to the EMEA e-Commerce Project & Operations Manager, will provides support on a range of ad hoc initiatives and analysis linked to Operations and Back Office, tracking the requirements definition and/or implementation for the optimization of digital initiatives that support the Gucci vision.

Key Accountabilities

  • Daily monitor of Regional Warehouse performance, supporting its teams with data insights on both business as usual and escalation needs in case of issues
  • Analyze the operational performance on a regular basis, jointly track progress on projects related to Warehousing, Logistics, services and share best practices
  • Support the warehousing and logistic performance in the Region in order to be able to deliver the desired services
  • Establish standardized measurements to be used across the Region
  • Supporting in managing e-Commerce packaging reassortment both for “standard” products and special capsule collections
  • Monitoring in accordance with Warehouse and Product Care teams “before sale” and “after sales” activities
  • Assist to manage operational issues with carrier in day-by-day activity
  • Track evolution of requests and issues, reporting status update and monitoring the process from their implementation to the deploy
  • Run competitors analysis with specific deep-dive on services (payments, delivery, omnichannel features, website functionalities, …) in order to propose dedicated action plans, through the monitoring also of NPS survey results
  • Create detailed reports and monitor performance to keep under control all digital operation flows, with a strong and cooperative team working with Client Service and Regional Warehouse departments
  • Collaborate with the EMEA Digital team to build a cross department KPI analysis
  • Strong working partnerships with Regional CRM, Client Services, Warehouse/Logistics to co-create an elevated luxury experience
  • Liaise with Retail Operations to consolidate retail and digital processes and flows between Global and Regional teams
  • Support in building business cases in case investments are needed to upgrade our value proposition
  • Build up a strong relationship with Global Digital Team to elevate the customer experience finding out ways and tools to optimize current operations and omnichannel services
  • Support with analysis the EMEA e-Commerce Project Manager on driving the development of pilot projects regarding new value added services and their roll out when successful

Key Requirements

  • Successful studies in Business Management, majoring in Business Administration or Marketing
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as Analyst in a Digital environment or Retail/Luxury Retail
  • Fluent English and Italian
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with excellent time management skills
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially with Excel and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of SAP and any OMS/WMS tools would be a plus
  • Demonstrated strong analytical skills and aptitude
  • Enthusiastic individual, open minded and sociable, keen on working and relating with people in a dynamic and challenging environment
