The mission of the People Analytics and HR Systems function in Gucci is to help to foster a data driven culture inside HR and to drive HR Transformation and HR digital initiative. The People Analytics and HR Systems function provides the HR partners and the Business with tools and valuable insights and analytical inputs about the organization and its people, that support evidence based decision making on HR matters in order to improve organizational effectiveness and business performance.
The People Analytics Partner collects and analyzes HR data, creates reporting, and interfaces with HR and other business functions to serve their data needs.
The People Analytics Partner has a consulting mindset and a proactive approach to data analysis and is constantly looking at data accuracy, consistency and timeliness and to improve the reporting, tools and processes.
With the main focus on Retail and Training data the People Analytics Partner
•Ensures that existing dashboards and analysis are run timely and accurately;
•Creates both basic and advanced reporting and data visualization which includes, pulling reports from multiple systems for stakeholders on recurring and ad-hoc basis;
•Combines HR metrics (organizational data, performance, learning and development, engagement, talent acquisition etc) with business metrics and performs analysis to identify trends and actionable insights;
•Applies a consultative approach to engaging with HR teams seeking people analytics support and is change agent to guide HR stakeholders on the adoption of a data driven approach;
•Works with the team on other projects and duties as required based on needs of the business.
What are we looking for?
•Fine to get your hands dirty and love for the power of data and analytics
•Strong digital attitude
•Experience in HR analytics including building, configuring, customizing, and implementing reports and dashboards (use Tableau or other data visualization tools)
•Experience working with a wide variety of datasets, including both structured and unstructured data
•Demonstrate good judgement and discretion with dealing with highly sensitive data
•Experience with reporting in Workday or other HCM systems is a plus
•Advanced experience in Excel
•Fluent in spoken and written English
