We are currently seeking a Kering Group HR cost controller to join ASAP our HR Controlling team (Permanent Contract)

Your opportunity

The Kering Group HR Controlling dept

  • provides the tools, processes & standards to supports brands HR controlling dept
  • organizes actual & forecast personnel cost production process
  • consolidates & analyzes at Group level actual & forecast personnel cost

You will work under the head of Group HR Controlling

How you will contribute

As the Kering Group HR Controlling is in a building phase, you will have to work on some operational tasks in close relationship with IT teams. You will drive the change to gradually bring the job to a more standard HR Controlling job i.e.  more focused on forecast management and personnel cost analysis.

HR Controlling center of excellence

  • Maintain/update standards in connection with Core HR & finance team
  • Maintain/update training materials & user guide
  • Organize WW trainings & train EMEA end-users every 6 months
  • Support knowledge management: manage functional support, offer high level support
  • Perform regular communication on HR Controlling (share info on evolutions, roadmap via Workplace, brand HR controllers meetings…)
  • Work on adhoc requests

HR Controlling monthly closing & biyearly forecast

  • Drive & improve the HR Controlling monthly actual closing from Workday & payroll tools to the HR controlling tool
  • Drive & improve the HR Controlling Forecast/Budget process

HR Controlling tools evolution

  • Secure HR controlling tool consistency & data quality
  • Improve Finance / HR Master data alignment
  • Support functional evolutions of the HR controlling tools: business needs definition, project follow-up (roadmap, action plan via weekly project committee)
  • Organize and perform the functional tests
  • Update the documentation and prepare the communication on the new features
  • Benchmarking a new HR Controlling tool

Kering Group reporting

  • Support Group personnel cost reporting evolution
  • Support BI evolution

Who you are

  • Critical thinking is key as you will contribute to the processes and Group reporting capability improvement
  • Comfortable working in English to lead meetings and write emails/documentation
  • Comfortable working with IT teams
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving mindset
  • A continuous improvement mindset
  • Organized, detail and deadline-oriented
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel and Powerpoint
  • Good knowledge in payroll & accounting principles and HR Controlling
  • Basic knowledge of Power BI and/or PowerQuery
