We are currently seeking a Project Coordinator for the Fashion Pact who will report to the Head of Sustainability Strategy. This is a fixed term contract until the end of December.

Multiple private companies including leading players in the fashion and textile sector have joined forces and signed up to the Fashion Pact, presented to heads of state during the recent G7 meeting, committing to achieve practical objectives to help protect the planet. Kering is now focusing on implementing the actions and commitments which were agreed to help reduce the environmental impact of the fashion industry. (

Your opportunity

You will be responsible for supporting this important work, coordinating a project office working directly with multiple internal and external stakeholders.

How you will contribute

  • Coordinate and support the project, ensuring that all deadlines are met in a timely manner
  • Organise and schedule multiple high level stakeholder interviews across different locations and time zones
  • Document and follow up on all important actions from meetings
  • Prepare all necessary presentation materials, including drafting speeches
  • Ensure all project deadlines are met; provide administrative support

Who you are

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to  communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels of seniority
  • Previous experience working with stakeholders in different locations and time zones, including scheduling multiple stakeholder interviews would be beneficial
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, whilst maintaining a pro-active approach
  • Ability to work effectively independently and manage own time
  • Excellent organisational skills and structured approach to project work
  • A strategic thinker, with an excellent eye for detail
  • Ability to consolidate technical and strategic input from multiple parties and propose common ground
  • Strong experience and knowledge in using all Microsoft office packages, especially Power Point
  • An interest in and understanding of sustainability and fashion would be beneficial, combined with a passion to drive the topic from within the business
  • Fluency in the English language
