Your Opportunity

We are currently looking for a People Cost and HR Data Analyst as part of our HR team based in Milan HQ.  At Pomellato HR we strongly believe in data informed decision. The implementation of state of the art digital HR tools has played and will keep playing a pivotal role in our HR transformation both at Pomellato and Kering. Our Global HR Cost Controlling and Compensation team is obviously at the center of this journey. They allow Pomellato to carefully manage the financial implications of our talent strategy and guarantee a strategic, fair and consistent Compensation & Benefits approach.They also coordinate all the transversal activities related to HR system, HR Reporting & Analytics, HR data quality and HR digital tools adoption in close partnership with the Kering Group HR team.

How you will contribute: 

  • Manage the personnel costs and budget activities for Europe

  • Support the team in performing the Global HR cost plan, forecast and budget and managing the monthly closure validation

  • Deliver timely and accurate monthly personnel cost reports, providing structured feedback on main topics and trends

  • Support the definition of the compensation strategy and implementation including job evaluation, salary review process and compensation surveys

  • Support HRIS and HR Analytics activities coordinating cross functional HR data processes and analysis

Who you are

  • 1 to 3 years relevant previous experience in a Finance, HR controlling or Compensation role

  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and processes

  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills

  • Passionate about data and systems, eager to learn and take initiative to speed-up our People Data journey.

  • Fluent in spoken and written English, Italian is considered a plus

  • Proficient in MS Office, especially in Excel

  • Knowledge of PowerBi, Tableau, Workday, IBM Cognos analytics is considered a plus
