Our Mission

We are currently seeking at a Sales Merchandiser as part of our dynamic team based in Milan.

How you will contribute

  • Contribute in defining  WW assortment strategy, setting core assortment and strategic buying guidelines by stores clusters

  • Support markets to define stores assortment during NC campaign and annual assortment revision

  • Develop regular sales and stock analysis by region to monitor collection performances and drive possible actions

  • Working closely with  Product Merchandising,  Visual Merchandising and Ecommerce departments to ensure consistency with central assortment strategy

  • Collaborate with Demand Planning department to drive actions on Stores Target Stock level

  • Lead monthly meeting with local merchandisers to identify market requirements and sales trend, collecting products feedback and sharing best practice

Who you are

  • Master degree in Economics or Marketing

  • 3-4 years of experience in Retail Merchandising or Buying, preferably in Fashion & Luxury industry

  • Strong interpersonal skills and team-work oriented

  • Solid analytical skills

  • Flexibility

  • Problem solving oriented, strong organizational and time management skills

  • Accuracy and attentions to details

  • Excellent knowledge of Excel and Power Point

  • Fluent in English and Italian
