Main Job Responsibilities
- Recruitment
Post a job posting on the site and update accordingly Screening the resumes in store recruitment and arrange interview schedule. Attend interview and communicate interview process, drop notice with candidate. Maintain job requisition, job posing at Workday system, and other online platform. Manage record candidate’s summary after interview.
- Training & Development
1. Coordinate training program
2. Facilitate induction training for newcomers
3. Responsible for 90 days onboarding program after newcomer joins till probation
4. Maintain training record in HRIS (Workday and reporting system)
- Operation & Other
Monitor probation evaluation Handle global HR system data and maintain the system with HRIS Update company HR policy & manual related recruiting Assist in any ad hoc project
