KERING China Inventory Revalorization Project Manager

The job, in line with the program scope, covers many aspects and requires skills in different areas:
- Finished Goods Inventory data collection from Inventories systems, reworking through power BI and presentation in an online dashboard
- Dashboard data feeding and continuous improvement (e.g. introduction of sell-thru info)
- Non-Merchandise data collection and follow-up of related clearance initiatives
- Organisation of physical Friends & Family events in China
- Supervision of the online Friends & Family platform in collaboration with Kering Digital
- Identification of local recycling and upcycling partners, management of recycling pilots and progressive capacity ramp-up, in relation with Kering Sustainability and Brands' Sustainability
- Supervision of the physical inventory (old stock) located in the local Distribution Centre plus any potential local satellite warehouse, plus associated movements for all clearing initiatives (F&F events, recycling) and transfers from brands
- Contractual aspects of the collaboration with future partners for all clearing initiatives (F&F events recycling), in collaboration with central and local Legal departments
- Support in the preparation of monthly reporting (Group and Brands)
- Support in the preparation of workshops with Kering and Brands sustainability Departments to follow recycling and upcycling pilots and other initiatives
- Preparation under the supervision of Augeas WW team of Augeas China Business Plan, yearly budget, FC1 and FC2
- Coordination and supervision of monthly HFM reporting
It will include a lot of collaborations:
- Legal & Tax during the set-up phase
- Kering Digital for the F&F set-up
- Kering Sustainability
- Brands' Sustainability
- Brands' Merchandising
- Kering China Logistic team
- Kering China SSC
Required Qualification
The candidate should have 5+ years of experience after graduation and:
- Good understanding of Logistics processes and procedures, previous experience and/or interaction with Inventory Control Department preferred
- Understanding of ERP implementation and understanding of general finance and budgeting, including profit and loss, balance sheet
- Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline and to solve problems creatively
- Excellent analytical skills and solid organizational skills, proactive approach, business acumen and flexibility to quickly adapt to different environment and situations.
- We are looking for somebody proactive with excellent internal communication skills, able to interface autonomously with the other departments (i.e. IT, Warehouse, transport, customer service, etc.)
- Passionate about Sustainability Topics, in particular circular economy applied to the Fashion business
- Excellent verbal, written communication & interpersonal skills
- Very good English (written and spoken) required, Italian or French would be a plus
