This position provides assistance to operations with services and facilities managing by Kering Technologies at stated service levels:

How you will contribute

  • Manage the office tickets, follow up with the assigned parties till closing.

  • Manage the hardware inventory records.

  • Manage the procurement process.

  • Manage the telephone system, door access security system and filing.

  • Manage the outsourcing work order.

  • Other duties as assigned

Who you are

·        Higher diploma in IT (or computing related discipline) or above

·        More than 2-year experience in IT support

·        Retail IT Knowledge

·        Detail and neat

·        Customer centric and aims to deliver exceed expectation

·        Able to work independently with minimum supervision

·        Able to work under pressure and to meet tight schedules

Good communication skill in both spoken and written English. Chinese and other dialects are advantages
