KERING BEAUTE – Senior Financial Controller (F/H)

We are currently seeking a Senior Financial Controller to join the Kering Beauté team who will report to the CFO. The position will be based in Paris. 

Your Opportunity

As Senior Financial Controller, you will have a key role in this new Division of Kering Group. As a true business partner, you will accompany the creation of a new business territory for iconic Brands, you will monitor business activities and investments, lead and support the creation of processes and dashboards for Kering Beauté, and provide financial analysis to support strategic decision making.

How you will contribute

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring the appropriate reporting and planning of the financial performance of the Business unit with focus on the new products development and commercial controlling.

• Set up the appropriate tools and planning to enable relevant business and financial performance reviews.

• Participate to the production of recurring financial reports, as well as various benchmark analysis, for the management.

• Performed and consolidate cross-functional analysis and P&L for the company

• Be the warrant of the quality, reliability and relevancy of the financial data reported to the group and internal company stakeholders

• Ensure the correct implementation of the financial procedures / standards of the Group

Who you are

• Graduate of Business School or University Degree in Finance
• A Financial controller with at least 8 years of experience
• A successful track record and knowledge of the Beauty Industry will be highly valued
• A financial controller knowledgeable about consolidation, reporting and budgeting systems (SAP, Hyperion HFM, Oracle PBCS, etc...)
• An expert in using Microsoft Office, especially Excel & Power BI
• Able to work in an agile project context with good interpersonal skills and a team-player attitude
• An analytical person with strong problem-solving skills
• Fluent in French and English
