How you will contribute
- Define the global corporate and trade event plan and monitor local event plans defined by markets/channels, sharing the calendar with all functions involved (Trade Marketing, Marketing, Supply Chain) and coordinating for the management of macro and micro details with all counterparts and teams involved in the event
- Define and share with markets/channels the guidelines for the management and implementation of local events, coordinating with the Trade Marketing and Retail & Corporate Design teams
- Comprehensively manage corporate and trade events globally, being the point of reference before, during and after the event for organizational and logistical aspects and for managing the allocated budget: selecting suppliers, negotiating quotations, selecting the location, defining the list of participants, managing invitations, managing travel plans for internal and external clients, catering, transfers, set-ups, samples, etc
- Support and monitor other local events (including local sales campaigns), also ensuring compliance with shared guidelines
- Manage the supplier network, seeking new contacts when necessary, negotiating and managing quotes for services and monitoring their execution according to agreed standards
- Manage the events budget, with constant monitoring of expenses and regular updates to be shared with your manager
- Prepare a follow-up report for each event realised, to be shared with the involved and interested functions
Who you are
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role
- An English and Italian fluent speaker, French is a plus
- With advanced expertise in Excel and Power Point
- Extremely organized and details oriented with strong focus on results and respect of deadlines
- Strong network of contacts and suppliers
- A strong team player, able to coordinate different stakeholder and build strong relationship
- Entrepreneurship autonomy and problem solving skills
