Your opportunity
Within the Indirect Procurement department of Kering Group, you will support main categories related to: facility services, profetional services, Human Resources, Information Technologies, travel and Fleet management and Marketing through the development and implementation of purchasing strategies and projects. You will provide purchasing expertise and support, promote purchasing guidelines and exchange of best practices and experience amongst Brands to develop professional purchasing. You will follow projects both autonomously and supporting the Indirect Procurement Manager in the ongoing ones.
How you will contribute
In collaboration with Indirect Procurement Manager and our Maison, execute the relevant strategies on categories in your scope and the associated roadmap of projects to be driven in EMEA
Apply and follow relevant policies and procedures to pursue the strategy defined on your categories in consistency and compliance with the Group framework and guidelines
Achieve economic and qualitative targets for each procurement project
Conduct procurement projects (specification work, sourcing, negotiation, contract, roll-out) in close partnership with our Maison stakeholders for your own projects in EMEA
Select and manage performing suppliers, evaluate and manage supplier performance and compliance in close coordination with Compliance, Corporate Social Responsability, Security, Legal, Sustainability dep. and Finance
Works on market benchmarks throughout our Maison by the creation, the steering and the boost of project results and management
Perform analysis on projects and document processes
Contribute to the department balanced scorecard consolidation and recurrent reporting
Who you are?
Graduate in Business-related studies, with potentially a Procurement specialization or Master’s Degree
A professional with a strong work experience in Procurement in an international and dynamic context
Cooperative, proactive and team player, with a positive attitude and excellent communication skills
You have trusted negotiation skills
Result oriented, flexible, adaptable, creative
Analytical, curious, able to manage and synthetize complex data
Excelent knowledge of Office Suite together with proven skills with digital tools
Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken; French as a plus
