    KERING OPERATIONS Ecommerce Operations Project Manager

We are currently seeking an Ecommerce Operations Project Manager to support our global projects roadmap which designing the Omnichannel Core Model in terms of logistics, operational flows and processes, while ensuring a luxury client experience End to End. The position will report to the Worldwide Ecommerce Operations Project Manager, as part of our dynamic team in Trecate (Novara).

    Your opportunity


    You will manage projects all along the year, according to the global digital roadmap planning, representing the operations standpoint. You will be in charge of identifying needs and opportunities to enhance our business, collect the requirements, align with all stakeholders, and communicate on the projects progress at all phases. You will provide advice and guidance in the design and implementation of business processes, exploiting IT systems and best-in-class practices to control and maximize performances of ecommerce operations for Kering Group.

    How you will contribute


    Following the Omnichannel Operations Key Drivers:
    • To build the Omnichannel Core Model adapted to brands, ensuring available stock anywhere with the same quality of service.
    • To guarantee a clear and seamless Customer journey within all our channels, for an elevated experience aligned with brands’ strategies.
    • To encourage a low stock coverage vision and drive changes in our Supply Chain & Logistics model to reduce the long tail while sustaining our brands growth.
    • To ensure quality and efficiency in all our processes and operations to sustain the growth with the best sustainable performance, leadtime and costs, and the right tools to measure & monitor.
    • To promote Sustainability as a pillar in all initiatives
    And in collaboration with Omnichannel Operations worldwide teams, as well as cross functional stakeholders at Group level (Digital, Finance, Customs & Compliance, ecommerce Transport, Tax, Tech), you will:
    • Manage process optimization projects from discovery to hypercare including planning, design, execution, implementation, testing and go-live phases
    • Define, formalize and validate any Omnichannel Operations SOPs and Core Model Flows
    • Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables in collaboration with the Program Director, sponsors and business partners
    • Develop project plans and their related schedules / timelines, track project progress / deliverables and coordinate any action needed to ensure decisions are taken, risks are mitigated, issues are solved
    • Transversely align operations processes at worldwide level, to increase end-to-end coherence of ecommerce operations execution
    • Identify harmonization opportunities, as well as areas of improvements and initiatives to be implemented in the short, medium and long term, in line with omnichannel operations roadmap
    • Translate business operational requirements into IT requirements and detect IT solutions that can optimize ecommerce operations processes with the support of Tech teams
    • Support change management and encourage teams worldwide to adopt new processes through a strong communication, training and implementation plan

    Who you are


    • Graduate in Management Engineering or related field; a master’s degree in Transportation, Logistics and Supply Chain Management would be considered as an advantage
    • Equipped with experience in B2C Operations, Logistics or Supply Chain process management within a multinational or global consultancy company
    • Able to design process workflows and easily illustrate them to a heterogeneous audience of both business and IT stakeholders
    • Aware of typical capabilities of different IT systems supporting operational processes (OMS, ERP, WMS), ideally acquired in-field through past implementations
    • Familiar with Agile Project Management Methods
    • Flexible and adaptable to change, able to work under deadlines
    • With an analytical mindset and critical and solution-oriented thinking
    • Structured, organized, able to prioritize, with rigorous project management background
    • With excellent communication skills and leadership to influence the stakeholders
    • Lean Management experience would be highly appreciated
    • Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Italian or French knowledge as a plus
