How you will contribute
- Coordinate actions connected to the deployment of the program roadmap, managing a balanced / integrated framework for combining separate streams and projects into a coherent overall program
- Develop full scale project plans and their related schedules / timelines, track project progress / deliverables and coordinate any action needed to ensure decisions are taken, risks are mitigated, issues are solved
- Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables in collaboration with the Program Director, sponsors and business partners
- Ensure a comprehensive visibility on projects and streams, monitoring business impacts and effort required and assessing project results and benefits
- Coordinate the definition of project teams and governance models to facilitate senior management sponsorship and decision making
- Manage the Kering House expectations, provide status update and follow up any action with them as a trusted reference
- Be a point of contact for the program to identify and manage dependencies with other projects
- Drive the implementation and the adoption of a continuous improvement culture within the program
- Support the controlling of project budgets
Who you are
- You have a master’s degree in management or Engineering studies
- You have a demonstrable experience of program / project planning and management, working with stakeholders from different functions, locations and time zones, and a solid knowledge of project management methodologies (waterfall, agile, etc.) and IT ecosystem
- If you have an experience in projects in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, eCommerce areas it will be considered a plus. An interest in deep diving these areas, combined with a passion to drive the topic within the business, would be highly beneficial
- You are keen on working independently with a pro-active approach and you are effective in managing your own time and setting priorities
- You are flexible and stress tolerant, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- You have outstanding organizational skills and a structured approach to project work
- You have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels of seniority
- You have a process and continuous improvement mindset
- You have a strong experience in using all Microsoft Office applications, especially Power Point
- You are fluent in English and Italian. Knowledge of French would be a plus
