We are currently seeking an EMEA Store Front Office Service Manager to join our team in Milan.
Your opportunity
As part of the Kering Technologies Sales Channels team, reporting to the Head of Global Store Front Office, you will be responsible of all the Store Front Office applications for EMEA countries, including regional project management, application maintenance, brands’ communications, demand analysis, etc.
You will be a key resource in the implementation of the new POS solution in all EMEA countries, becoming the Project Manager for the EMEA rollout.
How you will contribute
- You will be the regional lead for Retail Front office for EMEA region, managing a team of Retail Front Office specialists in Europe and Middle East.
- You will be responsible with your team to build and run all local Store Front Office applications, including vendor and asset management.
- You will be managing regional projects impacting Store Front Office applications.
- You will coordinate between your team and the Global Application teams to ensure the right level of service management for global Store Front Office (like POS system, Clienteling systems, etc.) across all EMEA.
- You will manage the relationship with the business stakeholders for the region
- You will build and follow the budget for EMEA Retail Front Office team.
- As a member of the New POS program (implementation of a new POS solution worldwide), you will oversee the design, build, rollout and hypercare services provided by the integrator during EMEA rollouts.
Who you are
- 10+ years of IT experience in the retail industry, specialized in Store Front office application management like POS, Clienteling systems, etc.
- Knowledge of Oracle Xstore is a plus
- Very good interpersonal and relationship skills
- Experience and knowledge of Program management, Service Management principles, and IT Store Operations activities
- Recognized leadership and management skills
- Proven ability of problem solving and multi projects management
- Proven ability to engage with international stakeholders
- English is mandatory, Italian and French are a plus
