Your opportunity
You will be a key driver for the transformation project aiming at designing an effective service management process for any incident that could occur along the distribution processes at worldwide level.
Furthermore, you will Design-Build-Run the monitoring/reporting solutions (Quality of Service) for the Supply Chain (E2E) domains.
You will coordinate actions, follow up and reporting with the various stakeholders.
How you will contribute
You will help the Service Owner to:
- Follow up day to day support activities with the AMS (applications Maintenance services) provider and other parties involved in support services
- Contribute to Application maintenance continuous improvement with regular review with Applications manager, BPOs teams and AMS Provider
- Act as incident and escalation manager
- Follow up change and roadmap plan to avoid User disruption and business impact
- Ensure KPIs and statistics (on all parties involved in maintenance activities) on service and support activities are communicated on a regular basis to stakeholders
- Ensure all service provider are respeting with our SLA
- In a Global organization you will overview the Regional Service Managers in order to be coherent on the process and tool used, to harmonize the service provided, the reporting in an E2E view
Who you are
- Highly knowledgeable of the applications and processes on Supply Chain (E2E)
- 5 years at least in the same role or similar context
- Knowledgeable and experienced about ticketing solutions / ITIL for application support
- Quality oriented, able to deliver and communicate guidelines and reference documentation
- Experienced people manager. You will manage a team located in Amer (Wayne) and Apac (Singapore) for a Global organization with common E2E view, reports and tools
- Well organized, autonomous and customer oriented
- Get done attitude, able to deliver lessons learned from previous experiences and propose improvements / tools to increase overall services to our internal customers
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written
