SAINT LAURENT Junior Trade Compliance Specialist H/F

ROLE

Within the Supply Chain Department of Saint Laurent, the Junior Trade Compliance Specialist is responsible for supporting all departments across the brand with product and trade compliance needs. The Junior Trade Compliance Specialist collaborates closely with production, development, and group compliance departments in a dynamic, international, and evolving environment. The target is to mitigate risk and strengthen the compliance of the brand through increased visibility, analysis, and process improvement.

MISSION:

• Drive accuracy and completion of customs master data and provide global vision of product and customs compliance by sharing clear reporting to all departments

• Conduct regular audits on customs classifications, made-in, and preferentiality

• Administer training to all pertinent departments on master data codification requirements within the PLM tool

• Review and release shipment blocks of highly regulated “non-standard” products

• Create and maintain a reference table documenting compliance requirements by product type and region

• Respond to urgent requests from group and local teams to provide missing information or documentation

• Support logistics compliance department in various projects and evaluations including, but not limited to, product labeling, testing, marking, certification, and packaging

PROFILE

• Strong organization, analytic, and communication skills

• Independent, pragmatic, fast-learner, and willing team player

• Excellent knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint

• Interest in using systems and working with BI tools to build clear data reporting

• Experience working in an international environment

• Min of 2 years’ experience in customs and trade, or luxury supply chain a plus

• Fluent in English and French, Italian a plus
