Founded in 1961, Yves Saint Laurent was the first couture house to introduce the concept of luxury prêt-à-porter in a 1966 collection called ‘Rive Gauche’, synonymous with youth and freedom. How will you contribute?We are seeking a Global Retail Operations Service Specialist who will report to the Global Retail Operations Manager and work closely with Regional Retail teams across the worldwide network.  The role strengthens in-store service execution by ensuring global consistency, local relevance and measurable performance, acting as a key cross-functional coordinator. This position sits at the intersection of Retail Operations, Client Experience, After Sales and Retail Improvement. The Global Retail Operations Service Specialist will help translate global strategies into store-ready standards and tools while driving adoption through communication, training and KPI follow-up.
