SummaryAll’interno di un percorso formativo in Stage, la persona riportando al Responsabile di riferimento all’interno dell’Area del Bianco, entrerà a far parte della nostra Manifattura a Sesto Fiorentino (FI), apprendendo le tecniche di conduzione di impianti automatici di formatura e/o rifinitura dei prodotti ceramici.  La tua opportunità Sarai parte dell’Area del Bianco e apprenderai le tecniche di conduzione di Impianti/Tecnologie quali Isopressa, Pressocolo o Roller.  Come contribuirai:<ul><li>Supporterai nelle attività di setup dell’impianto di produzione secondo le indicazioni fornite dal responsabile di sezione e dal capo-macchina;</li><li>Imparerai a condurre gli impianti di produzione a cui sarai assegnato, secondo i requisiti di qualità e produttività richiesti;</li><li>Supporterai nelle attività di controllo sistematico sul prodotto allo scarico dell’impianto per verificare la corretta qualità dei pezzi in uscita;</li><li>Darai supporto alla verifica e mantenimento delle opportune regolazioni dell’impianto durante la produzione, intraprendendo in modo tempestivo le opportune azioni correttive laddove necessario;</li><li>Aiuterai nelle attività di carico dei pezzi sulle unità di movimentazione per le successive fasi di produzione;</li><li>Imparerai a rendicontare i pezzi prodotti, gli scarti e gli eventuali fermi macchina;</li><li>Supporterai il responsabile di sezione e/o il capo-macchina nella corretta gestione e manutenzione delle attrezzature.</li></ul>Chi sei:<ul><li>Hai concluso un percorso di studi in ambito tecnico e/o professionale;</li><li>Eventuali pregresse esperienze nell’utilizzo di macchinari industriali e/o robotizzati saranno considerate un plus;</li><li>Possiedi un elevato livello di attenzione e precisione;</li><li>Ti piace lavorare in team e instauri facilmente buoni rapporti con i colleghi.</li></ul>

You will be part of our Sales Team and you will be in charge of management and development of the commercial channel Ho.Re.Ca. You will be responsible for achieving the growth of the commercial channel through the search of new customers, the management of the existing customer portfolio and the development and implementation of specific projects with prospects and partners. How you will contribute<ul><li>Analyze the target market, identifying target customers</li><li>Identify business opportunities, build key prospect relationships, negotiate and close deals, maintain extensive knowledge of current market conditions</li><li>Maintain and expand the customer portfolio</li><li>Analyze the requests for new projects and/or customization by prospects and partners and define the proper offers to the customer (technical elements of development, timing, pricing, etc.)</li><li>Prepare Commercial Proposals</li><li>Share with the Customer Service the information necessary for the correct creation of the order</li><li>Be constantly updated on the development process of the product, deliveries and any problems, speeding up the process where possible and intervening in case of need (e.g. extraordinary cases of delay in delivery, etc.)</li><li>Coordinate commercial follow-up to retain customers and update them on product offers (new collections, business opportunities, etc.)</li><li>Manage the strategic development of the Ho.Re.Ca Contract Italy Channel through supporting the definition of the annual price list and managing the Ho.Re.Ca’s budget</li><li>To be a passionate Brand Ambassador conveying the Brand values to the Clients or potentials and developing the business</li></ul>Who you are<ul><li>A graduate in Economics or related fields</li><li>With passion and curiosity for the world of hospitality (hotellerie, restaurant and café)</li><li>A problem solver, able to prioritize workload</li><li>A collaborative individual able to build solid relationships with multiple and diverse stakeholders</li><li>A great team player, able to engage with teams and colleagues from different functions and levels of the company</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, ..)</li><li>Fluent in Italian and English both spoken and written. We are currently seeking a Key Account who will report to the Sales Manager Hospitality Italy, Europe e CIS as part of our HQ's Sales Team.

Nel ruolo di &#34;Addetta/o alla Campionatura, rispondendo al Manager dell’Area, entrerai a far parte del nostro team Samples &amp; Industrialization, nella sede Ginori 1735 di Sesto Fiorentino.La tua opportunità:All’interno dell’ufficio Samples &amp; Industrialization ed in collaborazione con l’ufficio Stile, l’ufficio Sviluppo Prodotto, la Produzione e la Serigrafia, ti occuperai di:<ul><li>Realizzare i campioni seguendo le fasi produttive, le prove e la cottura dei pezzi fisici decorati;</li><li>Gestire e correggere le problematiche emerse in fase di campionatura (es: problemi del colore in cottura; revisione delle fasi di produzione);</li><li>Definire gli standard per la produzione dei prodotti decorati;</li><li>Redigere le schede tecniche;</li><li>Analizzare i dati provenienti dal controllo qualità del prodotto decorato (principali difetti, resa nel tempo, quantità prodotti con difettosità).</li></ul>Chi sei:<ul><li>Possiedi un percorso formativo in campo artistico;</li><li>Hai esperienza in ambienti produttivi, manifatturieri;</li><li>Hai un approccio collaborativo e capacità di lavorare in team.</li><li>Possiedi una spiccata attitudine al dialogo e al confronto con gli altri.</li></ul>
