Key activities and accountabilities
Accountable for smooth and efficient digital eMerchandising strategy roll out at WW level on assigned departments. Main accountabilities as follows:
efficient and coordinated product push plan, elaborated by collection including special projects
eCards strategy: library, masterplan (WW & regional) elaboration and regional sharing
Homepage Guideline elaboration and sharing the planning at regional level
elaboration of a strategic & efficient navigation that includes all needs (product, events, capsules etc) and accountable for local declination in alignment with regional needs
point person from corporate eMerchandising to regions and vice versa, and accountable for on boarding the regions on corporate e_strategy
integration of new business projects into existing e_merchandising flows and support strategy elaboration with Corporate digital e_merchandising manager
Profile
The Digital Merchandiser has strong knowledge of product merchandising principles, understands e-commerce rules and business, has interest in the digital landscape with a knowledge in the Fashion Luxury world.
Creative and passionate with a determined, can-do attitude and entrepreneurial spirit.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required
Minimum 4 years’ experience in retail and/or online merchandising. E-commerce experience strongly preferred
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to facilitate and work internally across all teams
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly excel is required
Excellent knowledge of spoken and written English and fluency in Italian would be an asset
