We are currently seeking a Communications and CRM Executive who reports to the Communications Manager and the Assistant CRM Manager as part of our dynamic team in Hong Kong.

Your opportunity

To assist Communications and CRM Team to execute related tasks and ensure smooth implementation of PR and CRM activities for Hong Kong and Macau.

How you will contribute

  • Manage PR showroom management and coordinate sample rotations to fulfill local and overseas shooting needs
  • Prepare regular editorial and CRM reports
  • Perform regular data cleansing and maintain the database
  • Assist clienteling program implementation and formulate CRM collaterals
  • Provide pre-event and on-site support at PR & Clienteling events
  • Perform other ad-hoc assignments and support administrative task as required.

Who you are

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in luxury retail industry
  • Knowledge in multimedia content, images, videos/ audios on social media
  • Proficient in MS PowerPoint, Excel, Chinese typing and photo editor
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
  • Detail oriented and well organized is essential
  • Independent with strong sense of responsibility
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Communications and CRM Assistant
