Your opportunity
We are currently seeking a Assistant Area Sales Manager Travel Retail to join our Travel Retail team to Support the development & execution of the customers short- and long-term strategy, and specific solutions such as assortment, merchandising, pricing, in-store activation & promotion to achieve customer, category and business objectives
How you will contribute
Sales Development
- Assist to develop & grow current TR Markets in Asia Pacific Region to reach sales target & ensure the implementation of sales strategy
- Collect & Comply with Sell-in, Sell-out and stock report on monthly basis
- Assortment Analysis & provide recommendations
- Control & follow the purchase orders working closely with customer services team
- Support the management & coordination of customer appointments during sales campaigns with Trade Marketing: Preparing Business Updaes, defining assortment catalog, Presenting new collections
Operation & Training
- Assist to Organize monthly business review & Manage brand ambassador on the area, with incentive management
- Markets visit to ensure execution of plans to meet the requirements & provide training to floor staff
- Assist to manage store performance with KPIs (sales, image, operations & aligned with Operators expectation) & Develop action plan to meet the KPIs
- Work closely with internal teams: marketing, trade marketing, logistic, customer service, planning
- Partner with Trade Marketing to drive the planning of all marketing initiatives
- Monitor competitors’ activities, pricing, sales, market trends
Who you are
- 3-5 years experience working in sales, preferably with key account management/ working in premium category/ cosmetic industry
- Experiences in wholesale and/or retail environment ideally with regional exposure
- APAC market knowledge is a plus
- Mandatory to speak English & Mandarin, Fluency in both spoken and written and good knowledge of Cantonese.
- In-depth knowledge of Office Pack (Outlook, Power Point, Word)
- Self-motivated, passionate and sales-driven profile with entrepreneurial spirit
- Strong interpersonal relationship & communications skills to build the effective account relationship with clients, team player
- Result driven, proven strong organizational, problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to details
- Innovation, creativity, and open-minded approach
- Multiple-tasking and flexible in accommodating ad-hoc tasks
- Excellent cross culture communication & coordination techniques
