QEELIN Logistics Assistant

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE

• Coordinate the transportation of goods and materials origin to destination, including coordinating with suppliers, carriers, freight forwarders

• Prepare and process shipping documents, such as commercial invoices, packing lists, and customs clearance documents

• Monitor and track shipments, and communicate status updates to internal stakeholders and customers

• Assist with inventory management, including receiving, storing, and packing goods and materials

• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely delivery

• Maintain accurate logistics records and documentation

• Assist with other logistics-related tasks as needed

WHO YOU ARE

• Bachelor’s Degree or above

• 1 year of experience in logistics or a related field, preferably in the jewellery industry

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word

• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities

• Familiarity with transportation regulations and customs procedures is a plus

• Immediate available is highly preferred
