Role Mission
This role will be responsible for the allocation process of all product categories across the different sales channels worldwide and he/she will be in charge of shipment planning for indirect customers and e-commerce.
Key accountabilities
- Products allocation to direct / indirect customers, based on sales monitoring by customers, coverage and retail priorities defined by finance, merchandising and retail teams;
- Targeted allocation of the various product categories in relation to new product launches and collection releases;
- Management of stock balance between direct / indirect customers;
- Collaboration with Production, Order Entry, Customer Service and Warehouse in order to analyze orders’ priorities and optimize shipments;
- Daily stock analysis and restocking management in line with company timing and procedures;
- Management and control of back orders for the e-commerce channel
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Statistics or a Supply Chain/Operations discipline;
- A previous experience in Stock Controlling, Planning or Allocation functions and a professional background in luxury will be considered a plus;
- Highly analytical, capable of turning raw data into information and insights;
- Possesses strong analytical and numerical skills, advanced Excel user well-versed in Macros, V-Lookups and Pivot Tables;
