Key Accountabilities
• Manages After Sales tickets and requests through the Kering Service system
• Conducts a first level technical analysis (including costs and timing forecast) on the service request, following the guidelines received during product training
• Daily supports in-store Product Care Referents (via email/call/WhatsApp and store visits when needed) and organizes training sessions with them on a monthly basis
• Regularly monitors Kering Service system’s flows
• When necessary, escalates the service request for a second-level technical analysis, in accordance with internal procedures and policies
Job requirements:
• Previous solid experience in after sales and customer care, with a proved client-centric mindset and attitude
• Excellent problem solving and organizational skills
• People orientated approach with strong team spirit
• Fluency in written and spoken Italian and English
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office Package, especially Microsoft Excel
• University Degree and/or educational path related to customer/product care is a plus
