Your opportunity
We are looking for a Digital Assets Specialist to be included within our Digital Customer Operations team in Padua.
He/she will be responsible of the continuous improvement and update of the ad hoc digital solution for the management of digital assets (DAM).
How you will contribute
Collaborating in the process of creating and publishing Digital Assets, together with the other business areas involved and external suppliers, with the aim of ensuring the punctuality of the uploads and the desired service levels
Editing, uploading and ensuring the maintenance of digital assets on the DAM platform
Ensuring that the assets are visible only to the correct users both in terms of timing and rights of use
Managing DAM users’ activation and visibility permissions
Responding to requests for bulk downloads of images and contents for various business needs
Facilitating awareness of the DAM and sponsor its adoption within company departments
Collaborating in the continuous improvement of the DAM platform
Who you are
Graduated in Computer Science or a related field
Experienced (2-3 years) in web application and content/image management
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel) and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop)
Knowledge in image format and sizes
Highly organized and details oriented
A dynamic, proactive, flexible, and curious individual, committed to teamwork
Comfortable working with thousands of assets and multiple variations of each of these
Excellent in communicating and building solid relationships
Fluent in English
Basic Knowledge of 3D technologies would be considered a plus
Basic Knowledge in video editing would be considered a plus
