Your opportunity
You will work collaboratively within the Finance department to support the Procure to Pay (P2P) activities, reporting to the P2P Industrial Manager.
How you will contribute
Manage invoices and payments’ approvals
Record and issue invoices, imputation and cost evaluation
Ensure the correct keeping of accounting books and mandatory records and the verification, control and filing of tax documents (Intrastat)
Manage inter-company reconciliations
Prepare ad-hoc reports and analysis, following the management needs
Cooperate with controlling department to support the monthly reporting and budget/forecast activities
Who you are
High school graduate, a university degree in economics will be considered a plus
A professional with a relevant experience in a similar role, ideally in a multinational company
Knowledgeable about principles that govern the general and fiscal accounting of a company and of national and international accounting standards (IFRS)
Proactive detail-oriented person, with analytical approach, able to regularly meet challenging deadlines and handle a high volume of tasks
Effective and positive team player with excellent communication skills and agile, collaborative and inclusive approach; able to work with a high level of autonomy, when needed
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel especially. The working knowledge of SAP is a plus
Fluent in Italian, with a good command of English both written and spoken
