The Mall Luxury Outlets is a retail brand whose core business is to operate exclusive outlet villages dedicated to luxury brands only. Currently running two luxury outlet villages in Italy, The Mall Sanremo and The Mall Firenze, the brand keeps developing its business in a multichannel and international perspective. Reporting to the Asia Pacific Countries Tourism Marketing Coordinator and being based in The Mall Firenze office, the Tourism Marketing Key Account is in charge of developing and managing the relationships with relevant touristic players and operators to address the flow to our malls of Asian customers, with a particular focus on Korea, Japan and Oceania.
How you will contribute
Support the Asia Pacific Countries Tourism Marketing Coordinator in defining the short and medium-term strategy to develop the incoming flows of qualitative visitors to our malls
Identify suitable stakeholders of luxury hospitality (e.g. Hotels, Luxury Private Villas, Concierge Services, Tour Operators, Destination Management Account, Travel Agencies, Yacht and Golf Clubs, Online Travel Agencies, Tourist Networks, Air Companies, etc.) to develop new collaborations and roll out an effective plan to best exploit the target markets
Develop and manage the relationships with Destination Management Company in Italy and Cote D’Azur to address Asian visitors, with a particular focus on Korea, Japan and Oceania, to our malls
Analyze the markets and tourists flow trends to better address and update the development of the related business
Attend Tourist Exhibitions, Business to Business Trips/Meetings and Workshops to promote The Mall Luxury Outlets brand, taking care of the follow up
Organize Business to Client experiential events focusing on promoting The Mall Luxury Outlets offer and the surrounding touristic destinations
Organize periodical sales calls to Asia Pacific to enhance the collaboration with relevant partners and develop new relations with potential new collaborators, in particular in Korea, Japan and Oceania
Take care of the reservations of the visits, organize and welcome familiarization trips
Collect and address needs and requests of hotels, tour operators and customers, assuring them a unique luxury shopping experience at our malls
Prepare periodic reports and analysis on achieved results and market trends
Who you are
Fluent speaker in English; Korean and Italian are a plus
Bachelor or master’s degree in Touristic or Languages studies or similar
Previous working experience in the luxury tourism industry as Incoming Tour Operator, Luxury hotel Concierge, Sales Agent, Reservation Agent or similar positions
A professional with excellent commercial awareness and customized communication skills, able to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment
Empathic person, able to easily build up interpersonal relationships, used to work in team in international environment
Passionate and enthusiastic person, with never ending energy and positive attitude
An expert in using MS Office Suite and social media
Available to travel frequently
Proven organizational skills and project management attitude will be considered as a plus
