La tua opportunitàSiamo alla ricerca di un/una Addetta/o alla Filettatura a Macchina da inserire all’interno della nostra Manifattura di Sesto Fiorentino.La risorsa, riportando direttamente al Responsabile della Sezione “Filettatura a Macchina”, sarà coinvolta nelle attività di decorazione di prodotti in porcellana attraverso l’utilizzo di macchinari, contribuendo attivamente al mantenimento degli elevati standard qualitativi che contraddistinguono la nostra produzione.Come contribuirai:<ul><li>Eseguirai lavorazioni di filettatura su porcellana mediante l’utilizzo di macchinari meccanici ad alta precisione;</li><li>Effettuarai il set-up, la regolazione e la messa a punto degli impianti per la produzione in serie;</li><li>Monitorerai costantemente la qualità del prodotto decorato, cercando di identificare l’eventuale problema e di intervenire in caso di anomalie;</li><li>Gestirai la movimentazione dei prodotti decorati nel rispetto delle procedure aziendali;</li><li>Collaborerai con il team per garantire il rispetto dei tempi e degli standard produttivi.</li></ul>Chi sei:<ul><li>Esperienza pregressa in contesti produttivi, preferibilmente in lavorazioni manuali di precisione o in ambito ceramico/artistico;</li><li>Ottima manualità e attenzione al dettaglio;</li><li>Capacità di utilizzo di macchinari meccanici e predisposizione all’apprendimento di nuove tecnologie;</li><li>Attitudine al lavoro in team e buone capacità relazionali;</li><li>Disponibilità a lavorare su turni;</li><li>Precisione, affidabilità e puntualità completano il profilo.</li></ul>Why work with usThis is an excellent opportunity to join the Kering adventure in a moment of extraordinary transformation and become part of a dynamic team in a global Luxury group that offers endless possibilities to learn and grow. Your opportunity:The Marketing internship offers a comprehensive opportunity to join our Marketing Team and engage in all aspects of marketing, including both traditional and digital channels, while gaining valuable insights into the luxury design sector.The Marketing Intern will support the US Director of Marketing &amp; Communications in organizing, researching, planning, and implementing marketing activities for Ginori 1735 in the US and Canada. This role ensures that the brand image remains consistent across all channels, including retail and brand events, internal and external communication, partnerships, and advertising. The Marketing Intern will report to the US Director of Marketing &amp; Communications and collaborate closely with the US Sales and Operations teams, the HQ Marketing team, and external agencies and vendors.How you will contribute:Administration<ul><li>Performing daily administrative activities, including budget tracking and invoice processing.</li></ul>Advertising &amp; Assets<ul><li>Supporting on the creation and resizing of assets across all media channels with our HQ.</li><li>Maintaining detailed files of relevant records (latest media plans, performance reports, etc.).</li><li>Analyzing digital marketing campaign performance and recommending actions based on analysis.</li></ul>Public Relations<ul><li>Assisting with logistics of merchandise loans, including availability and proper care.</li><li>Sharing best credits with internal and external stakeholders.</li></ul>Events<ul><li>Partnering with external Marketing and Sales teams on execution of store events.</li><li>Working on pre-/post-event logistics with both internal and external parties.</li><li>Contributing on creating new opportunities for branded, wholesale, and partnered activations.</li></ul>Partnerships<ul><li>Brainstorming with team on new opportunities for existing and potential partners.</li></ul>Retail<ul><li>Distributing VM materials to retailers and maintain updated training materials.</li></ul>Who you are:Knowledge, Skills and Abilities<ul><li>Strong organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously and provide strong attention to detail.</li><li>Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.</li><li>Ability to work well independently and within functional and cross-functional teams.</li><li>Strong computer skills, especially PowerPoint, Excel, Adobe, and InDesign.</li><li>Experience creating clear, concise, and visually appealing PowerPoint presentations.</li><li>Ability to take initiative, ownership, and accountability.</li><li>Creative flair and interest in Design and visual presentation.</li><li>Tapped into pop culture, art, film, fashion, hospitality trends.</li></ul>Education and Experience<ul><li>Past experience in a digital marketing, advertising, or public relations agency helpful; will consider candidates with in-house or equivalent experience.</li><li>Pursuing / secured bachelor’s degree in business administration, advertising, or other applicable course of study.</li></ul>Strengths for Success<ul><li>Proactive approach to projects and tasks</li><li>Ability to quickly develop a working rapport with all business partners</li><li>Works best in a results-driven environment</li><li>Proven capability to multi-tasking</li></ul>Salary range for the Marketing internship position in NYC is between 18.00 and 25.00 USD / hour.Why work with usThis is an excellent opportunity to join the Kering adventure in a moment of extraordinary transformation and become part of a dynamic team in a global Luxury group that offers endless possibilities to learn and grow. La tua opportunitàEntrerai a far parte della nostra Manifattura di Sesto Fiorentino (FI), collaborando con il team Serigraphy &amp; Industrialization e contribuendo al processo di stampa serigrafica dei decori Ginori 1735Come Contribuirai <ul><li>Ti occuperai del montaggio dei telai, comprendente la stesura e il tiraggio della tela su cornice metallica, seguito dall&#39;incollaggio.</li><li>Gestirai l&#39;emulsione dei telai, sia manualmente che tramite macchinari dedicati.</li><li>Sarai responsabile dell&#39;impressione dei telai, utilizzando metodi manuali (tramite pellicole) o digitali.</li><li>Utilizzerai il torchio pneumatico per le operazioni di impressione/ritocco schermi</li><li>Effettuerai il controllo dei telai per identificare eventuali ritocchi e verificare la correttezza del disegno destinato alla produzione.</li><li>Ti dedicherai alla preparazione dei colori e al setup della macchina da stampa.</li><li>Verificherai la resa cromatica attraverso il controllo del colore con progressiva dei primi fogli di stampa stampati.</li><li>Realizzerai stampe di produzione e campionature.</li><li>Ti occuperai dell&#39;archiviazione di telai, progressivi e impianti/pellicole per utilizzi futuri.</li><li>Eseguirai la collodiatura delle stampe utilizzando l&#39;apposito macchinario.</li></ul>Chi sei<ul><li>Diploma Artistico/Istituto d’Arte o Istituti tecnici professionali</li><li>Esperienza, anche minima, nell’utilizzo di stampanti industriali (stampanti serigrafiche, tipografiche, 3D (plus))</li><li>Hai comprovate capacità manualità e di precisione</li><li>Possiedi un&#39;ottima attitudine all’osservazione e all’attenzione dei dettagli</li><li>Approccio collaborativo e capacità di lavorare in team</li><li>Spiccata attitudine al dialogo e al confronto con gli altri</li></ul>Why work with usThis is an excellent opportunity to join the Kering adventure in a moment of extraordinary transformation and become part of a dynamic team in a global Luxury group that offers endless possibilities to learn and grow.
