Join our passionate journey and fulfil your potential and creativity. We’re currently seeking an internship in Client Development and insights who will report to the WW Client Experience and Engagement Senior Manager as part of our dynamic team in Sesto FiorentinoYour opportunityAs a Client Development and Insights Intern, you will support the Omnichannel team to enhance our client engagement strategy and contribute to revenue growth. You will gain hands on experience in client profiling, in analyzing customer data, measuring campaign performance, and developing actionable insights to drive loyalty and engagement. You will also be involved in the organization and implementation of client experiences in store and during Factory visits. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the evolution of a luxury heritage brand through data-driven decision-making.How you will contributeKey Responsibilities:<ul><li>Support the analysis of CRM campaigns and customer journeys across all touchpoints.</li><li>Assist in customer segmentation and profiling using demographic, behavioral, and transactional data.
