The Retail Coordination Manager acts as trusted partner of the Retail Director to deploy the retail strategy across the countries under her/his perimeter. S/He constantly provides recurrent and ad-hoc analysis on business performance at country/store level and identify trends, potential areas of concern and action plans.
How you will contribute
Ensure that all business reports and relevant follow-up, are completed on time and delivered to management team ;
Work closely with Retail Managers and Store Managers and support them with general queries ;
Partner with Client Engagement Team and Retail Director to cascade clienteling guidelines and initiatives and follow up on KPIs and Team performance ;
Ensure Client Engagement tools and reports are properly understood and used across the network ;
Analyze CRM KPIs on a regular basis and suggest action plans to maximize performance ;
Ensure Client Data Base is properly managed and up to date across the network ;
Ensure local retail coordinators have the correct level of skills and knowledge of the different softwares to analyze business ;
Follow up and monitors sales vs Budget and Finance ;
Support top management meetings with key external stake holders with presentation and analysis.
Who you are
4-6 years experience in luxury retail environment (head office and store) with an international exposure ;
Able to conceive and drive messages and projects ;
Capacity to deliver presentation to Top management with relevant content ;
Business oriented, confident in managing database/figures, and conducting data analysis ;
High understanding of luxury environment and competitors ;
Excellent skills in Excel/Power Point is a must and overall strong computer skills.
