Key Responsibilities
• Manages all incoming client communication (pre and post sales) for our e-Commerce and Stores, through the different available channels
• Provides information on the brand’s history and recent updates, as well as on stores and products’ details and stock availabilities
• Assists clients in placing distant orders by phone
• Supports clients in case of complaints and returns (in cooperation with our Back Office team)
• Reaches team’s KPIs and targets in terms of performance quality and business results
• Efficiently interacts with internal and external stakeholders (Clients, Stores, Back Office, Merchandising, Aftersales, Warehouse and Couriers)
• Proactively contacts clients in order to develop his/her personal client book
• Completes training respecting the deadlines defined by Training Manager and Team Manager
Key Requirements
• Previous Client Service experience in Retail or e-Commerce
• Digital oriented, able or willing to work with different IT tools
• Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Empathetic and curious approach
• Able to manage stress with calm and proactivity
• Fluent in English. Knowledge of Dutch is a plus
