Kering Client and Digital Department aims at accelerating digital transformation leveraging innovation, tech and artificial intelligence with a strong focus on customer experience.
Within this department, the mission of the CRM Factory is to support the Brands in delivering an advanced Client Engagement strategy and to accelerate the adoption of new personalized client experiences, in order boost CRM performance. The CRM factory is organized in 4 teams to provide the Brands with an end-to-end accompaniment: Relational strategy, Campaign management, CRM Performance, CRM Roadmap and innovation. The factory also collaborates strongly with other departments (AI, Analytics, Data Governance …) to deliver successful projects to the Brands.
We are currently seeking our future CRM Campaigns Coordinator to join our dynamic CRM Campaigns and Operations team!
Your opportunity
Within the CRM Campaigns and Operations Team you will help on the coordination of campaigns related projects, being a strong support for the Campaigns Coordinator and Campaign Developers.
How you will contribute
#1 – Documentation and follow-up
Track every campaign launched, document the technical aspects as well as business ones and transcript on relevant formats
Support the campaign coordinator in implementing follow-up documents (uniformized for all brands)
Support the campaigns developers on technical documentation
#2 – Benchmark
Produce relevant documents to gather best practice and benchmark on campaigns implementation
Support the coordinator on Campaigns Catalog updates
Benchmark on lifecycle Programs implementation
Propose campaign enhancements
#3 – Help on campaign report compiling and best practice sharing
Produce relevant documents to gather results and highlight quick wins/ways to fine tune our campaigns and lifecycle programs
Ensure the Campaigns Catalog updates
Make sure that each campaign is well documented
Gather all relevant results
Propose campaign enhancements
Who you are
First experience in Marketing/CRM is a must
Strong organizational skills
High attention to details
Knowledge or experience in luxury markets, ecommerce or retail sector is a plus
Expertise on Campaign Management principles
Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plus
Proficient with Excel and Power Point
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent written and spoken language skills in English and ability to work in multi-cultural & multi-lingual environment
Italian spoken is a plus
