Following the implementation of Salesforce at Group Level, it has been decided to create a Group CRM Factory to accelerate our CRM excellence transformation. This will be the unique opportunity to federate initiatives and to launch a transversal CRM strategy within the organization to best serve our clients and develop their engagement. The Precision Marketing team is currently seeking an English speaker Data Visualization expert to reinforce and join our dynamic team based in Paris and the challenge to settle an ambitious data strategy for the Group and its Brands. This is a new role.

Your opportunity

You will support the Precision marketing & data viz Manager (to be recruited) putting in place the relevant data visualization for Brands enable to follow marketing contribution and benefits.

How you will contribute

#1 – Design and develop with the Brands dynamic performance marketing dashboard

  • Design and set-up data visualization dashboards on marketing campaigns and customer activities in order to follow the performance marketing action plan
  • Collect needs of data usage from the Brands and assess realization planning
  • Manage UX/UI for better visualization and support ad hoc analysis projects
  • Provide visualization support for ad hoc analysis projects requested by brands
    • Understand how to represent large sets of data and information in clean and concise visualizations
    • Creates wireframes and visual examples to help define visualization needs
    • Has a strong graphic sense and compelling use of relationships with colors and iconography to simplify visualizations into meaningful representations of past performance, future research and operational reporting

#2 – Provide insights to improve marketing precision analysis

  • Produce relevant analysis and insights from data visualization
  • Work in coordination with Data Lake and Analytics to develop or find new opportunities
  • Propose and develop new approach or tools
  • Manipulate and extract data from many different sources to be able to consolidate and synthesize information into imagery to: tell a story, let the information help drive understanding and actions that need to be taken to improve key business performance indicators
  • Share results with the brands and next steps

Who you are

  • Passionate about data, customer behaviour analysis and data driven marketing
  • Able to be translate business needs in tech requirements
  • Analytical skills to identify marketing performance factors
  • Educational requirements: Graphic Design, Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing Research, Statistics, Analytics or related major
  • 3-5 years of experience in a data visualization & analytics role
  • Experience with Excel & PowerPoint required
  • Experience with querying tools such as SQL required
  • Experience with visualization tools such as Tableau or alternatives solutions required
  • Strong coordination skills and ability to animate workshops
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Being able to work in a fast-paced multidisciplinary environment
  • 2-5 years of experience
  • Excellent written and spoken language skills in English and ability to work in multi-cultural & multi-lingual environment
  • Italian spoken is a plus
