Your opportunity
We are currently looking for an Assistant Store Manager for our Pomellato Concession located in Harrods, London. You will assist the Concession Manager to train and coordinate the staff, to ensure the full sharing of the corporate strategies and procedures, to manage client relations and to identify customer’s needs. This position focuses on the overall store management of staff, team development, scheduling, sales and operational effectiveness and training.
How you will contribute
Responsible for driving sales in order to reach goals and assist with sales in the boutique when the Concession manager is unavailable
Oversee the stock, ensuring all orders are shipped in a correct and fully ensured way
Support the Concession Manager in training and leading the team to provide excellent customer service and high performance
Be an ambassador of the brand: assist the concession manager with all clienteling activities and with the management of high-profile client relations (identify customer’s needs and build long-lasting relationships with all customers)
Preparing and writing reports (daily, weekly, monthly) within the given deadline
Maintain the look of the store ensuring it is inviting and welcoming and ensure the full sharing and execution of the corporate strategies and procedures.
Analyse and interpret performance information to support improvement of the team
Manage staff performance, shifts, duties, holidays and absences
Review and implement systems, processes and procedures to ensure the smooth, safe and efficient running of the store
Who you are
Relevant experience in a similar position, gained in a very customer service focused environment, and with a genuine passion for luxury
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Positive attitude, enthusiastic and team oriented
Fluent in English; Knowledge of any other language is greatly appreciated
Proficiency with Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, Outlook, Point of Sales (POS) system
