We are currently seeking a Group HR SSC Project Specialist, joining our dynamic and international team. This position is based in France (Paris), with regular international transfers.

Your opportunity

Reporting to the Kering HR Shared Services Operations & Project Manager, you will actively support the implementation of our operational standards and systems (WD, Payroll, T&A) working closely with our local SSC teams across all Regions, other Group Support Functions (HRIS, HRIT, Technology) and external providers. You will monitor execution of HR Shared Services Projects by working on GANNT definitions and regular tracking. This role requires passion for service excellence, with a natural ability to build connections with stakeholder’s by providing sound advices and support in an international environment.

How you will contribute

  • Support the HRSS teams across project management phases, from prerequisites identification to phases design, ensuring alignment with other Group functions

  • Provide functional advices during definition of Project’s settings to secure compliance with WD and Group BPs guidelines

  • Monitor projects’ progresses, preliminary aligning status with local PMOs and building regular reporting for the Central SSC Team

  • Support the definition of recommended models in Payroll, Time Tracking and Absence tools to ensure excellence and harmonization across the network while protecting local requirements

  • Facilitate selection of new suppliers helping assessment of functional requirements

  • Support analysis on opportunities to open, close, consolidate operations (inc. outsourcing)

Who you are

  • Post-secondary graduate in Business Administration, Managing Engineer, Economics, Statistics or related fields.

  • You are experienced in HR and Shared Services Centres Operations built in international organizations.

  • Experienced in cross countries and cross functions projects’ management.

  • Capable of working in an agile team, organized and accurate with solid methodological skills in PM and attention to details

  • Strong in communications, able to build solid relations and trust in a multicultural and multifunction environment.

  • A strong team player able to reach objectives and work under tight deadlines.

  • Willing to travel with high frequency up to 50%; with possible availability to short term assignments in the APAC & AMER Regions to work closely to Local Teams.

  • You have strong expertise in Word, Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of Workday and Service Now is a clear advantage.

  • Committed to self-development, problem solver, proactive with a can-do attitude

  • You have personal integrity with strong ethics consistent with Kering’s culture and values.

  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken); French and Italian are a plus.
