Starting from October 30th, 2023, we will offer an internship opportunity in the Finance team.

Key Accountabilities

Understanding the process of Budgeting definition
Checking invoices, registering them in the relevant Budget, and sending them to Accounting
Supporting the coordination of activities linked to Hospitality for Events/Shows
Supporting the reconciliation process after Events/Shows: checking the Actual Budget and checking related receipts received by Agency
Supporting in creating a clear recap of costs to be recharged to other Gucci/Kering legal entities
Supporting in creating Excel recaps and ppt presentations

What will you learn with us?

Supporting in creating Excel recaps and ppt presentations
Main final objective: Learning the whole process of an Event Budget, starting from the drafting of the initial Budget to the Budget closure
Getting to have a general overview of all activities of the Financial cost-controlling job position, and understanding key roles and relationships both within PR and Finance Department
Developing the following skills: analytical skill, team-working skill, precision and attention to detail, and timing
Understanding the synergy and relations among these main 3 functions: Cost controlling, Events, and Procurement

What are the basics?

You should be going into your last year of university and planning a gap semester to take an internship or have recently graduated (within the past 2 years) with successful studies in Economics or related fields.
Previous curricular/extra-curricular or educational experience abroad is a plus.
Fluency in Italian and proficiency in English are required
Involvement in curricular university activities and volunteering activities
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent Excel and PowerPoint proficiency

How will the Recruitment process look like?

The selection process will be starting in September 2023

The last step of the recruitment process will be a final interview with the hiring manager and HRBP.
