We are currently seeking a Regional SSC Platform Lead
The Regional SSC Platform Lead will lead the setup of Kering EMEA Regional SSC Platform in line with project vision and the business strategic goals. This includes providing oversight of the entire Regional SSC Platform Finance function, covering the following processes: PTP, RTR, OTC, FP&A, Cash & Treasury, Inventory and MDM.
How you will contribute
Create clear and concise messages which effectively communicate how the Regional SSC Platform supports the enterprise’s strategic direction and delivers sustainable value
Teamwork & Management Objectives:
Lead the team through ambiguity and change. Use active-listening skills and proactively address uncertainties to ensure an aligned approach
Partner with HR to identify strategy to meet evolving staffing needs
Manage direct reports’ goals and objectives
Prepare employee performance evaluations in a timely manner
Track and manage Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Promote a diverse and inclusive work environment
Long Term Strategic Objectives:
Through process and skills improvement, leads the organization toward ISO certification on quality & controls
Who you are
Master’s degree or equivalent in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field
Professional certificate in Finance & Accounting would be an advantage
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Experience & Skills:
10+ years of experience in finance and accounting
5-7 years in a senior leadership position working for a global company in Shared Service structure
Broad mix of operational and functional experience with a sound understanding of risks and issues that impact global service delivery and operations, particularly in Finance Shared Services
Previous experience in managing the team
