Your Opportunity
We are currently seeking a Junior Retail Designer part of our dynamic Marketing team in Milan.
How you will contribute
- Develop in-store permanent fixtures by adapting the Brand guidelines to the markets' requirements, through renderings and design packages within the required timeframe.
- Developing tailor-made projects adapting the Brand guidelines to the markets' requirements, through renderings and design packages for shop windows, pop-ups, Hpp, displays and other seasonal assets within the requested timeframe.
- Develop layout proposals and renderings for axis projects within the required timeframe.
- Effectively and proactively support the development of material boards, prototypes, technical and construction drawings, monitoring of installations and executions.
- Interface with local trade marketing for projects to adapt design guidelines to local requirements, managing briefs received and monitoring costs, drawings and technical and material details.
- Ensure the perfect execution of assigned projects within the required timeframe.
- Provide the retail&corporate design manager with a weekly report of the projects under his/her responsibility.
Who you are
- You are a talented and creative designer with +3 years of experience in the retail sector.
- You have an eye for aesthetics
- You have excellent communication and collaboration skills as you will work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to bring your projects to life.
- Time and project management skills
- Strong attention to detail is inherent in your work.
- You are familiar with industry software and tools, such as CAD software, 3D modelling programmes and graphic design applications.
