Your opportunity
You will be a key support to the Vendor Compliance team in analyzing, managing and monitoring project activities related to the Sustainable Supply Chain and Social Audit Management.
You will collaborate also with other Kering Technologies Areas and internal stakeholders of both Kering Corporate and the Brands involved in the projects.
How you will contribute
- Support the Kering Sustainability team in analyzing business requirements to be implemented, documenting and producing related deliverables to be shared with the IT external vendors
- Perform systems analysis on Social Audit needs to improve processes, going through application re-design and functional changes
- Support selection and testing activities on new applications or functionality to help Sustainability and Social Audit teams in the acceptance of new implementations, supporting the manager and producing related deliverables
- Monitor project plans, in terms of definition and update of deliverables, project deadlines, risks and issues, also collaborating with external vendors and using specific tools (i.e. Jira)
- Maintain projects and teams document repositories, ensuring that documentation is complete, accurate and up to date
Who you are
- A recent graduate in Information Technology/STEM degrees (Computer Engineering, Management and Industrial Engineering, Computer Science) or Environmental Science, Sustainability
- Enthusiast of the fields of Information Technology, Digital Transformation and Business Innovation
- Strong interest in Sustainability, Social Audit and Environmental Protection (basic understanding of environmental regulations and sustainability standards is a plus)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, Teams)
- Basic knowledge about project management practices and principles, in terms of project monitoring, documentation and reporting, is a plus
- Basic knowledge about enterprise software and platforms (ERP, PLM, Business Intelligence), is a plus
- Fluent in English and Italian, both written and spoken (French is a plus)
